DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a budget transfer is necessary to cover 1985 Insurance
for the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Utilities (501.37-47) in the
Department of General Services, and
WHEREAS, the transfer is reasonable and necessary to cover
Insurance that have been needed throughout the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following
budget transfer be adopted:
Transfer $422.00 from Utilities (501.37-47) to Insurance
(501.37-46) .
ADOPTED this 18th day of March , 1985.
