COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO. 11-85
COUNTY ROAD PROJECT' NO. 1042
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No. 9010 -, known locally as the
Shelton-Matlock Road, and more specifically located in S15-16
17-22-23-26-27, T20, R4 M.P. 3.1 to M.P. 7.2 work def ined
as "construction" in the BARS Manual, Page 11 3, et sect, is determined to be neces-
sary and proper, and
WHEREAS, this project is identified as # 10 on the officially adopted
County Annual Road Program.
THEIT30RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COIS1ISSIONERS that it is
their intention to perform
Preliminary Engineering Co. Engineering Costs : $ 5 ,000.00
Consultant Costs: 25,000.00
Right-of-Way 25,000.00
County Eng' r. Forces
and that said work is to be performed by and Consultant in accordance with
(day labor/co' ni-xact)
the Washing-Lon State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as
adopted by Mason County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described County Road Project is neces-
sary and proper, and the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as
follows:
Engineering $ 30,000.00
Right-of-Way $ 25 000.00.
Road Construction $
Bridge Construction $
Engineer's Estimate in detail is on file in the office of the County Engineer.
The County Road Project he-rein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public neces-
sity, and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report arid pro-
ceed thereon as by law, provided and in accordance with WAC 136-18.
