DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, a budget transfer is necessary to cover 1984 Utilities
for the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in E.R.&R. Rental (519-50-45.3) ,
Repair and Maintenance - Air Conditioning (519-50-48,5), Improvements
Other Than Buildings (519-50-63) and Repair and Maintenance - Structures
and Equipment (519-50-48.2) in the Department of General Services; and
WHEREAS, the transfer is reasonable and necessary to cover Utilities
that have been needed throughout the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the following budget
transfer be adopted:
Transfer $1,500.00 from E.R.&R. Rental (519-50-45.3), $1,200.00
from Repair and Maintenance - Air Conditioning (519-50-48.5),
$2,000.00 from Improvements Other Than Buildings (519-50-63) ,
and $1,000.00 from Repair and Maintenance - Structures and
Equipment (519-50-48.2) to Utilities (519-50-47) .
