NON-DEBATABLE EMERGENCY
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Mason County, in regular session assembled, that a
non-debatable emergency is unanimously declared to exist for
the following purposes:
Detention fees within Juvenile Court, $3 , 000 . 00
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Mason County this 30th day of December , 19 86 .
