BUDGET TRANSFER - HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Health Department for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
Health Department budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS , the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:

50 . 00 X-Rays 13900-41-020
2 , 000. 00 From Telephone 13900-42-010
200. 00 ER&R 13900-45-040
500 . 00 Miscellaneous 13900-49-000
466 . 00 Capital Outlay 13900-60-000
$4 , 098 . 00 To Insurance 13900-46-000
318. 00 Repairs 13900-48-000
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Health Department fund.
