BUDGET TRANSFER - SUPERIOR COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Superior Court for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
Superior Court budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$300 . 00 From Judge Pro Tem 2500-41-030
250 . 00 Postage 2500-42-020
6. 00 Miscellaneous 2500-49-010
$300. 00 To Jury Room & Board 2500-49-030
250. 00 Witness Fees 2bOO-49-050
6. 00 Office Supplies 2500-31-010
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on -the ledger
cards affecting the Superior Court fund.
