BUDGET TRANSFER - COOPERATIVE EXTENSION
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Cooperative Extension for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
Cooperative Extension budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$200. 00 From Machine Maintenance 100-48-010
$120 . 00 County Agent 100-10-020
$200 . 00 To Communications 100-42-010
$120 . 00 Part Time Secretary 100-10-060
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entri6s on the ledger
cards affecting the Cooperative Extension fund.
