A RESOLUTION relating to the intention of the Boand a+ Masom
County Commissioners to condemn certain property withim Mason
County +or public use.
IMEREAS, the property described below is necessary in order
to provide su++icient land +on the relocation o+ Mason County
Road No. 10000, known as the Cloquallum Road; and
WHEREAS, the use of tr,,e in --,juestjan is R public use,

WHEREAS, the property to be acquired is necessary to said
public use; and
WHEREAS, the County has b e s n unable to reach an agreement
with the property owners of that certain parcel do,,,jb,d b,sj,W
with respect to the purchase thereof; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 8.08 RCW, Mason County has the
authority to condemn property within the County for public use�,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESDLVED BY 7HE BOARD OF COUN7Y
COMMISSIONERS OF MASON COUNT'l that it is nsc_vim sary zor county
purposes to acquire a portion of the following describe,-,
premises:
The Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter AND the South 200 feet , as measured along the East
o4 the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 19 North, Range 6 West,

EXCEPTING from said Northeast quarter a+ the Nartheaaa quarter
the Northeast quarter , the North 529 feet of the East one-half a+

Said Portion is more particularly described as follows:

The total amount of right-of-way acquired by this imstrument is
