LL V DATE OF INSPECTION: December 28,2022 aLIMITATIONS: The lumber described and inspected is framed into a stricture wherein all four sides and both ends were not completely visible. We are restricted in our analysis as to the conformance of the lumber to the specified grade and cannot make a definitive statement as to the grade of specific pieces; however,it is possible to identify whether the pieces that were accessible had visible characteristics that did not make the grade requirements. FINDINGS: I found the following:the top floor had approximately 117"full length Studs and the bottom floor had approximately 135"studs.There were shorter studs where required and these were inspected as well. Studs that did not make the grade of No.2 were marked with a black crayon using the letter X on the narrow face and the wide face at eye level. Top Floor: There were twelve pieces of 2x4 studs that have visible characteristics that exceeded what is allowed in the grade of No.2 per paragraph 124-c and three pieces of 2x6 that have visible characteristics that exceeded what is allowed in the grade of No.2 per paragraph 123-c. Bottom Floor: There were eleven pieces of 2x4 studs that have visible characteristics that exceeded what is allowed in the grade of No. 2 per paragraph 124-c and one 2x6 that have visible characteristics that exceeded what is allowed in the grade of No.2 per paragraph 123-c. 1010 S.336th Street,Suite 210 1 Federal Way,WA 98003 nLB PHoME 253.835.3344 I FAx 253.835.3371 I plib.org RITE _- neee Additional offices in Canada&Europe OO Page 2 John Visser December 29,2022 1 , r If there any questions,I can be reached at.(_,253)335-6380 or You can reach the office at 253-835 3 Sincerely.
