BUDGET TRANSFER - DISTRICT COURT
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
District Court Judge for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
District Court budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$1,000.00 From Jurors 1000-41-30
$400.00 To Indigent Defense 1000-41-10
$100.00 Telephone 1000-42-10
$500.00 Postage 1000-42-20
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the District Court fund.
