SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET - NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be
reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the
year 1986 , it is necessary to make provision for supplemental
appropriations to the budget as required by RCW 36 . 40 . 100 , due
to a grant from Washington State Traffic Safety Commission
for DWI/Traffic Safety Program in Mason County.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners:
That the 28th day of October , 19 86 , at the
hour of 11 : 30 a.m. c3� � XX� ��, the Board of
County Commissioners of Mason County, at the County Courthouse,
Shelton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for a public hearing upon the matter of the supplemental
appropriation to the budget for the District Court probation fund,
in the estimated amount of $ 2 , 830. 00 , for the above-
mentioned purposes, and the Clerk of the Board be and hereby is
authorized, empowered, and directed to cause notice of such
hearing to be published as provided by law.
