At time of field visit no signs of mass wasting or landslide features were present. Building Department shall set required setbacks from edge of slopes to proposed structure. Steep slopes shall be kept vegetated to avoid potential soil erosion problems. Site preparation should take into consideration existing vegetation to avoid soil erosion along property.
