BUDGET TRANSFER - FAIR
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
FAIR for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
FAIR budget to accommodate said transfer®
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary®
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$1,000.00 From Improve. other than Bldgs. 12600-63-00
$1,000.00 Operating Rentals 12600-45-10
$1,000.00 Insurance 12600-46-00
$1,000.00 To Repairs & Maintenance 12600-48-00
$2,000.00 Advertising 12600-44-00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Fair fund.
