BUDGET TRANSFER - CLERK
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Clerk for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
Clerk' s budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$3,000.00 From Salaries & Wages 700-10-30
$3,000.00 To Extra Help 700-10-600
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Clerk' s fund.
