BUDGET TRANSFER - TREASURER
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the
Treasurer for a transfer of funds; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available within the
Treasurer ' s budget to accommodate said transfer;
and
WHEREAS, the request appears to be reasonable and necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Mason County Commissioners that the following amount (s) be
transferred:
$4,000.00 From Mail Tax Deputy 2600-10-100
1,000.00 Tax Deputy 2600-10-110
$5,000.00 To Extra Help . 2600-10-120
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mason County Auditor be
authorized to make the necessary transfer entries on the ledger
cards affecting the Treasurer ' s fund.
