Records indicate that the required final passing inspections under BLD2006-00862, for single family residence, were not performed and final inspections and approval of occupancy and use have not been granted. No legal access has been approved, and permit RAP2006-00862 failed. Single family residence cannot be approved for occupancy and/or use until legal access has been granted through Mason County. The single family residence has never been given occupancy approval and/or use through Mason County. The purpose of this notice is to inform future owners and/or lienholders that the structure, as it exists, does not comply with Mason County requirements according to standards currently in place. The recording of this document does not waive the rights of Mason County to pursue enforcement/compliance action against the owner of record at this time, future owners who purchase the property in this condition or any party with any legal interest in the parcel or personal property. This structure has not been permitted, inspected or approved by Mason County Building Department.
