Williams p n nog 800, Belfair, Washington 98528 Dear Mr. Johnson and Mr. Williams: It has come to our attention that you have listed the above property for sale through Spot Realty, who is advertising it as a "cabin to convert to a garage." You will recall that you received permission May 9, 1981 from the Limerick Architectural Committee to construct a garage/storage building only. Your permit from the Mason County Building Department is the same. This will serve to notify you that under no circumstances will this building be allowed to be occupied for the following reasons: 1. No permit was granted for construction of a residence. 2. No septic system, plumbing or wiring is installed. 3. The structure would not be approved even if converted to a residence, as it contains 576 sq. ft. The minimum size residence permitted is 600 sq. ft. 4. The Mason County Building Department advises us that occupancy of this structure would be in violation of County ordinances. it may be of intornvt to trou that a similar vinlat.ion at. Take T.,j.mPrl.ck led to legal action, resulting in considerable legal expense to the lot owner before the violation was corrected. By copy of this letter we are advising Mr. Bob Soltis of Spot Realty that their listing of the property as a cabin to convert to a- garage is false any+ misleading to prospective buyers, as occupancy would not be permitted even on a temporary basis. We suggest Mr. Soltis so inform all concerned salespersons.
