A site inspection was conducted at the site described above on January 14, 2009. It
appears that damage occurred to structure(s) located at the site due to the snow and rain event
that occurred during December 2008 and January 2009.
During the site inspection the Mason County Building inspector found the following: The
roof of the covered porch at entry has collapsed. Photos taken during the inspection are
enclosed.
This notice is sent to inform you of the damage and to let you know that permits are
required for the removal and replacement of the damaged structure(s). Mason County staff is
available to assist in obtaining the necessary building permits.
