Our services were performed by our staff November 23, 2024 under the supervision of a State of Washington registered engineer. Our observations were documented in our inspector's daily field reports which have been submitted the owner,structural engineer of record, contractor,and the Mason County building department. Krazan provided special inspection for the following types of construction at the project site: Visual Observation of New Tower Attachments In accordance with Chapter 17 of the 2018 International Building Code,the work requiring special inspection was performed in conformance with approved plans and applicable standards of workmanship at the time of completion. Limitations We have performed our services in a manner consistent with the standard of care and skill ordinarily exercised by forms of our type practicing under similar conditions at the time and locality our inspection was performed. Please recognize that construction monitoring is a technique employed to reduce the risk of problems arising during construction. Provision of construction monitoring by Krazan &Associates personnel is not insurance, nor does it guarantee the construction of any type. In all cases the contractor shall retain sole responsibility for the quality of their work, adhering to the approved project plans and specifications and for repairing any defects, deficiencies or omissions, regardless of when they are found. Our services were limited to the work documented in our reports.We do not undertake the guarantee of construction or completion of a completed project conforming to the plans and specifications. Purpose and Scope The purpose of this visit, as requested by Billy, was to perform a visual observation of new tower attachments. Prior to arrival, I was provided with the construction drawings by American Tower and Westchester Services LLC. Findings After reviewing the plans, I walked the site and noted the following new tower attachments to be in place: Commscope MTC3975083 Sector Fame Mount (1 total) Cellmax CX12045x Antennas (3 total, 1 per sector) Samsung RF4450D-70A RRH (3 total, 1 per sector) Samsung RF4450T-71A RRH (3 total, 1 per sector) Using a drone and camera, I observed and photographed the above-mentioned equipment and related attachment hardware.The attachment brackets appear to be in place in conformance with the provided drawings. Install metal connectors approved for contact with the new types of pressure treated material.
