The Building Official may grant one or more extension of 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request prior to permit expiration. Letter must indicate that circumstances beyond the control of the permit holder prevented action from being taken. * All construction must meet or exceed all local and state ordinances in addition to the International Codes requirements as adopted and amended by Mason County and the State of Washington.
