As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and its critical values .
In some cases, setbacks for development from steep slopes, streams,
wetlands, and waterbodies must be included in your specific proposal;
these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.
This information is based on County and State regulations as they exist
to date . These regulations may change and may affect the requirements for

COMMENTS:
Site visit made to verify site plan and any critical areas on property;
the property has general problems with seepage from uphill lands and the
type 5 stream (Alder Creek) flows across the north part of the property as
it heads to Hood Canal; driveway crossing and proposed parking lot do
directly impact this creek; an environmental permit will need to be
completed to address these impacts and possibly modify parking area
planned for this development; drainage flows from general ground seepage
need to be addressed in siting all improvements on the property.
