X "T 0t- 3) Proposed structure or any portion thereof greater than 30" in height from grade line, must maintain a minimum of 5'setback from all property lines, easements and 10'from all County and State Road right of ways. X 'Tp F 4) All construction and demolition debris must be removed from the property after project completion. Proper disposal of construction debris must be on land in such a manner that debris cannot enter or cause water quality degredation of State waters. X I I>F- 5) A minimum thickness of 12"for granular vackfill behind the proposed retaining wall should be considered a minimum. Backfill material for the completed wall has not been specified, but is required to meet the approval of the project engineer. X _JP1_�_ The Uniform Building Code Section 2306.11 requires wood used in retaining or crib walls to be treated. X -� F Due to height, the owner may consider installation of a fence or barrier on the top of the wall for protection against someone falling over the embankment in the dark or by accident. X J 6) All approved plans are required to be on-site for inspection purposes. If inspection is called for and plans are not on site, Approval WILL NOT be granted. In addition, a Re-Inspection fee in the amount of$42.00 per hour(minimum 1 hour)will be charged and must be collected by this department prior to any further inspections being performed or approval granted. X S�1— BLD2000-00785 Please refer to the following pages for conditions of this permit. 2 of 3 7) PURSUANT TO 1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, ALL SITES MUST HAVE APPROVED NUMBERS OR ADDRESSES PROVIDED IN SUCH A POSITION AS TO BE PLAINLY VISIBLE AND LEGIBLE FROM THE STREET OR ROAD FRONTING THE PROPERTY. MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUIRES THAT THIS BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CALLING FOR ANY SITE INSPECTIONS. A REINSPECTION FEE, BASED ON RATES AS ADOPTED BY THE JURISDICTION AND THE 1997 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE WILL BE ASSESSED IF OWNER/CONTRACTOR FAILS TO POST A(DDRESS ON SITE PRIOR TO REQUESTING INSPECTIONS. X J 10) Any changes in construction shall be reviewed by engineer of record and submitted in writing to the Mason County Building Department prior to construction. All engineering documents are a part of the approved set of plans and must remain attached thereto. If engineering documents are removed, approval will not be granted, In addition, a re-inspection fee of$42.00 per hour(minimum 1 hour) will be charged and must be collected by this department prior to any further inspections being performed or approval granted.X ,1 Ot- 11) The engineer of record shall provide this office with a completion document stating that construction meets or exceeds design specifications prior to Mason County final inspection of project. x This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced within 180 days, or if construction or work is suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work is commenced. Evidence of continuation of work is a progress inspection within the 180 day period. Final inspection must be approved before building be occupied.
