A met with Bob Robinson with Trans N.W.Construction on site to evaluate the damage to the building and to see what it would take to rebuild the structures.
The garage and breeze way is a total lose,both burned to the ground and the foundation system is split and cracked in several places indicating the fire was hot enough to damage the concrete.
The house was extensively damaged,the section next to the breezeway is atotal lose,the roof has collapsed and the top of the walls are burned down about halfway down.The roof will need to be redone
many of the rafters are to damaged to re-build on.Most of the rest of the damage is from water,the house will need to be completely gutted.Note:the foundation system for the house is failing,ifs old CMU
block and there are numerous cracks,also there does not appear to be a footing under the walls,I could see in the crawl space section of the house and it does not appear to have a footing,the basement
section is un-known but the walls are cracked and apprear to be letting in water.There is standing water in the basement and there is mold growing on the ceiling.
