SUBJ: JACK JOHNSON grading review comments (Legal P# 12332-50-00022)
Christine,
The one comment I would like to make regarding the Jack Johnson grading
project, is that the Erosion and Sediment control measures should be left in
place and maintained in a functioning manner until the permanent vegetation is
established and the E&S measures are no longer needed.
It will also be the proponents' responsibility to remove the E&S
measures when they are no longer needed.
Sp sere y,
U
