We reviewed the environmental checklist and have the following comments: Proper disposal of construction debris must be on land in such a manner that debris cannot enter the water body or cause water quality degradation of state waters. The project proponent is responsible to ensure that adequate Best management Practices are designed into the project and implemented during construction to comply with the Washington State Water Quality Standards, WAC 173-201A, revised November 18, 1997.
