A Stormwater Site Plan (SSP)prepared for the proposed J Bar D Mini-Storage facility in Belfair
Washington has been reviewed by Public Works and found to comply with Mason County's
Parking Ordinance and Puget Sound Water Quality Authority minimum standards for stormwater
treatment and discharge.
The plan provides for the infiltration of roof runoff as well as treatment and infiltration of driving
and loading area runoff. Integral to the plan are provisions and elements to provide for temporary
erosion and sediment control during construction.
One more element needs to be completed before the stormwater facility construction can be
considered complete,that being the creation, recording, and delivery of a copy of a recorded
stormwater Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Covenant. Attached please find a copy of the
O&M Covenant form to be forwarded to the applicant for completion, signing & notarization,
and recording.
Public Works requests the opportunity to inspect and approve the completed stormwater features
before occupancy is granted for the storage units.
