He expressed a concern that he observed no temporary erosion and sediment control features, and was apprehensive about the potential impact the clearing and grading would have on his property. I've discovered no permit has yet been applied for regarding this site except for a septic permit (SWG98-0436) . Allan Borden delivered a Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) for a proposed mini-storage complex at the location which provided for temporary and permanent stormwater control features. I reviewed the SSP, and sent Allan an IDC relating that the submitted plan met County and Ecology requirements. I also requested that an Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Covenant be created by the owner for the constructed stormwater control features.
