KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Rick Krueger(hereinafter
called "Principal"), and AMWEST SURETY INSURANCE COMPANY, a surety
licensed to conduct business in the state of Washington(hereinafter called"Surety") are
held and firmly bound unto Mason County Department of Community Development
(hereinafter called"Obligee") in the penal sum of Nine Thousand Two
Hundred—Twenty-Five Dollars ($_9.225.00_) dollars, lawful money of the United States
of America, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind•ourselves, our
heirs, personal representatives, legal representatives, successors and assigns,jointly and
severally, firmly by these presents.
WHEREAS, the above-bonded Principal agrees to install and complete certain
designated public improvements, identified as project:—Landscaping at Canal Heights
subdivision—is hereby referred to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Said Principal is required under the terms of said agreement to
furnish a bond for the faithful performance of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the condition of this obligation is such that if the above-
bonded principal shall carry out the terms and conditions of said agreement in every
respect within the time established therein including obtaining Certificate of Completion,
then this obligation shall be void; otherwise, this bond shall remain in full force and
effect.

The Mason County Department of Community Development would

that was requested. This is a busy time of the year for us and
naturally we try and work on file as fast as possible.
Due to the time of year, we have not yet had time to review

verify if all information requested has been submitted. We will
be reviewing the information as quickly as we are able. Once, we

Dear Mr. Yando:
This office represents Rick Krueger and the Krueger Family who are
the owners and developers of the Hood Canal Heights Subdivision.
This letter will confirm the understanding of our clients that
Mason County approval for the current proposal for the construction
of a 40, wide creek crossing in conjunction with the development of
"Hood Canal Heights Road" does not constitute Mason County approval
for any specific use of the crossing or of the property served by
said creek crossing. Our clients further understand that it will be
necessary for them submit a specific application for the future
development of the land served by the creek crossing and that the
creek crossing may have to be upgraded in connection with that land
use application process .
