Furthermore, the structure is declared as an Existing Non-Conforming Structure which cannot be enlarged, altered, repaired, improved or converted until said structure is brought into compliance with Mason County code requirements, including setbacks from adjacent property lines, after the fact permits and inspections. This office conducted a site inspection on July 9, 1994 and verified the existence of the structure, determined that at the time of the inspection no hazardous life safety issues were observed and that no records were located for the construction of the structure.
