Specifications-
Access to be graveled to property line with 3"depth of clean gravel. Culvert to be aluminum,concrete or polyethylene_ V`_
Access will be staked and flagged by Permittee for pre-inspection. Culvert will lay in fine of ditch.
Access will be pre-inspected by this office prior to installation. Culvert to be minimum of 12" diameter by 30' length.
Access must be perpendicular (90 degrees) to the County Road.
Access installation shall be in accordance with county specifications.
Commercial/Multi use access shall require STOP Signs,installed in conformance to the MUTCD manual,at intersection with county road.
No work shall be done under this permit until the party to whom it is
granted has communicated with and received instructions from the road
supervisor at : 360-427-9,670 ext. 450 .

Sorry for the delay. I have summarized my comments as follows:
RAP2013-00026 Allen Shearer
Saber Dr. Site on Parcel # 12331-51-00020
Allan Borden met with Jeff Buxman from Allen Shearer to discuss potential development of this property. On
March 12 and March 20, 2013, we met to look at the property, figure whether the property can be developed,
and where on the property the best locations for the home, septic and driveway can be situated. Allan
concluded that no critical areas exist on the property; natural drainage flows to the property. Past septic system
designs had the proposed drainfield in the place where site disturbances caused water to pond in the center of
the lot.
The northwest corner of the lot is the higher area of the property, the least disturbed or filled, and the best
location for a potential drainfield. The east area of the property is the lowest site and suitable to remove past
fill and prepare where drainage from the adjacent properties can be conveyed. The house can be situated 25
feet or more from Saber Drive at the southwest area of the property.
The driveway access should be near the center of the property line along Saber Dr. To accommodate existing
drainage and the cross-culvert under Saber Dr., a culvert parallel to Saber Dr. should be placed so that the
existing drainage can be routed to the cross-culvert and a driveway approach can be proposed over the newly-
placed culvert. A drainage Swale on the east side of the property can aid in directing the drainage flows to a
point where the new culvert can function. This plan of site development meets the Dept. of Community
Development standards. These elements are shown on the attached drawing of the parcel.

field on the 24th of April and you told him everything looked good, but I still have not received your comments
