14.08.180 UBC Section 503.1 Building Setbacks Is adopted and amended by adding a new sentance: "All
structures greater than 30"In height shall be set back five(5)feet or more from any easement or property line from
the closest projection and ten(10)feet from any county and state road right-of-way. Any proposed structure within
twenty-five(25)feet of a county road right-of-way shall be subject to Public Works review and comment.
A variance may be granted to said line If a hardship can be determined. This document must be recorded with the
Auditor of Mason County.
