and without my consent and that any such extension, extensions or changes shall not relieve me from liability under such contract and

SECURITY INTEREST—This indebtedness is secured by a security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code of Washington in the goods described above and in the
Proceeds thereof. The goods will secure other and future indebtedness of new contractor to Bank. Regardless of any other existing agreement with Bank, this
indebtedness will not be secured except as herein indicated.
PREPAYMENT CREDIT:If you prepay your contract the payoff balance will be less than the sum of the remaining unpaid installments unless prior installment payments
have not been timely made.Since the finance charge is not prepaid, but computed on a daily basis no refund for unearned finance charge is due.
ACCELERATION: If an installment payment is not paid when due,at the option of the Bank,all unpaid installments may be declared immediately due and payable.
LATE CHARGE AND COLLECTION CHARGES:If any payment required to be made hereunder has not been made in full within 10 days of its due date,borrower agrees to
pay an additional charge in the amount of 5%of the delinquent payment,or$1.00,whichever is greater.Interest on the debt if not paid at maturity shall accrue at the rate
of 1%per month from maturity until paid.If borrower's delinquency requires additional collection calls or activity,a charge determined on the basis of the costs incurred
and in accordance with the Bank collection schedule may be made.Such charges may include attorney fees.
For and in consideration of the assignment to me of the conditional sale contract and security agreement above described I hereby agree to
make the payments above set forth and further agree to comply with and be bound by each and all of the terms and conditions of said
contract and security agreement, except as modified by this agreement.
