The applicant acknowledges that the project will be completed as proposed, so that the project will be consistent with all applicable standards of the

Construction Debris Removal
All construction and demolition debris must be removed from the shore area after project completion. Proper disposal of construction debris must be on
land in such a manner that debris cannot enter or cause water quality degradation of State waters. X

All surface water and potential runoff from the proposed development will be controlled on site in drywells and infiltration trenches, and shall not
