1) The foundation only part of this permit is for the water tank, it is being done upon the request of the design engineer. No structure calculations were
provided with the application for the tank. The engineer for the project has stated that the calc's will come with the tank when a contractor is
determined and a tank manufacture is chosen. Without the proper documentation, structural calc's, the permit is being issued but not approved.
The engineer accept all responsiblity and liability if it is determind at a later date that the foundation plans submitted by him are found to be
substanOM Tor t119 tank design. And it will be the applicants responsiblity to bring the foundation into full compliance with all applicable codes and
ordin ,a by Mason County.

9) A structural observation report, as defined in Chapter 17 of the International Code, shall be pro ided to the Mason County Building Department.
Reports shall be prepared by the engineer or architect of record responsible for the structural design or another engineer or architect designated by
the engineer or architect or record.
Reports shall be submitted to the Mason County Building Department within 2 weeks following each structural observation. A final observation
report shall be submitted prior to the final inspection of the structure. Written statements shall indicate the permit number, type of inspection, and
identify any reported deficiencies.

10) In addition t irspections required in IBC, Section 109, the owner, the engineer or architect of record acting as the owner's agent shall employ
one or more special inspectors who shall provide inspections during construction on the types of work listed under Chapter 17 and as specified by
the design professional. The special inspectors duties& responsibilities shall be as specified in Chapter 17.

14) CONSTRUCTION PROCESS TO BE FIELD CORRECTED AS REQUIRED PER MASON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND THE
ADOPTED BUILDING CODE.

required to verify that erosion control, drainage and final work is completed in accordance to the Geotechnical report or assessment
recommendations.
