The Building Official may grant one or more extension of 180 days, upon the receipt of a written extension request prior to permit expiration. Letter must indicate that circumstances beyond the control of the permit holder prevented action from being taken. * Single rafter joist roof replacement shall be insulated to a minimum of R-38 allowing for a minimum of one-inch continuous vented airspace above the level of insulation. __________________________________________.. Under the requirements of Mason County Stormwater Ordinance, either private ditches and drains will meet requirements of the stormwater ordinance or prior approval will be granted to use an existing utility and drainage easement dedicated for that specific purpose.
