3.To fix, levy,collect and enforce payment by any lawful means, all charges or assessments
pursuant to the terms of the DECLARATION; to pay all expenses in connection therewith
and all reasonable expenses incident to the conduct of the business of the ASSOCIATION,

ARTICLE V
MEMBERSHIP
Every person who is an OWNER as presently defined in the DECLARATION, shall be a member of the
ASSOCIATION. Membership shall be appurtenant to and may not be separated from ownership of any
LOT.
ARTICLE VI
VOTING RIGHTS
Each OWNER of each lot SA, 51LJ, SC,and 5D herein before described shall be entitled to one vote for
each LOT for all matters associated with Thompson Tracts Waterworks. When more than one person hold
an interest in any LOT, all such persons shall be members. The vote for such LOT shall be exercised as
they among themselves shall determine,but in no event shall more than one vote be cast with respect to
any one LOT.
ARTICLE VII
DISSOLUTION
The ASSOCIATION maybe dissolved with the assent given in writing and signer by all four OWNERS,
all parties who have a financial interest in any of the LOTS and the authorized Governmental official(s)
having jurisdiction on such matters. Upon dissolution of the ASSOCIATION,other than incident to a
merger or consolidation, the assets for THOMPSON TRACT WATERWORKS shall be divided into four
equal shares and one share to be distributed to each OWNER of a LOT 5A through LOT 5D. No member
shall be limited to a return of less than the fair value of his membership.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The affairs of this ASSOCIATION shall be governed by a Board of three Directors. The number.
qualifications, terms of office. manner of election. time and place of meetings.and powers and duties of
the Directors shall be such as are prescribed in the BY-LAWS of this ASSOCIATION except as otlicrn-ise
