The parcel that we need to inspect is 12329-42-00190. This is the parcel that contains the Stock Market, the Ben Franklin and the True Value in Belfair. Mr Pope has taken care of the residential parcels. Enclosed are three survey forms. Please fill out a form for each © septic system. I believe that the Stock Market has it's own system and also the Ben Franklin. I do not know the status of the True Value and have included a survey form in case it has it's own system. Your septic system was not found to be failing. If problems were observed during the survey that had the potential to shorten the life of your septic system, they were noted by field staff. The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the non-failing status of your system, and to advise you of any such problems. The following are observations our staff made on 1/16/96 While surveying your property: The septic system appeared to be functioning at the time of the dye test; no obvious problems were ob- served. FOURTH1,7 j .0.BOX 1666 July 6, 1994 V -7 Dear Lower Hood Canal Watershed Homeowner, ' Toe blasor.County Office of::at c:Quality is continuing sanitary warvcys of on-site sewage disposal systems within the Lower Hood Canal Watershed as part of the Lower Hood Canal Clean Water District. Our office is actively conducting surveys in your area in an effort to identify and correct failing on-site sewage systems. In order to effectively complete this, our office needs information from you. This is our second request. Please fill out the enclosed survey form and include the following information: + Permission to inspect and dye test your septic system. ' A diagram of the location of the septic system and any surface water and/or wells within 100 feet of your property (draw on back of survey form). Please complete these items within 7 days and mail the form back to the Water Quality address above. If you have already sent in the survey form please disregard this letter. If the form is not received in the mail our department will make an on-site visit to get the necessary information. Thank you for your cooperation.
