It is our understanding that your current restaurant located in Port Orchard utilizes approximately 800 gallons per day and that your proposed restaurant for the 1 Belfair Valley Plaza will be smaller- in..size. . I The sanitary sewer system was designed for a total flow of 3, 500 gallons per day with an effluent BOD design concentration of 200 mg/l. Current flows are 11100 to 1, 200 gallons per day. The test results for August 1, 2002 have an effluent concentration of 22.0 mg/l, which is 11% of the design capacity for the drainfield. Flow rates are less than 34% of design capacity. The sanitary sewer system has capacity .for this proposed restaurant. Please note that there are two sewer lines located in the back of the shops as shown on the attached sketch. The line furthest back, . closest to the back wall, is plumbed for the rest room facilities. The other line, labeled •greywater" is for the restaurant waste. All floor drains, sinks and grease traps installed for the kitchen must be plumbed to the `greywater" line. 1 If you have any questions please conta 360-876-3770. Sin e^re-1 Craig \T. 'Baldwin, P.E.
