As part of this department ' s review on your permit application, a
Resource Lands and Critical Areas (RLC) site inspection was performed on
your property. Below you will find comments made regarding the proposed
development and its critical values.
In some cases, setbacks for development from steep slopes, streams,
wetlands, and waterbodies must be included in your specific proposal;
these setbacks are included as part of the comments listed below.
This information is based on County and State regulations as they exist
to date. These regulations may change and may affect the requirements for
development of the subject property.

COMMENTS:
Made site visit to see if critical areas would affect development. South
portion within 200 feet of Belfair Manor Rd was flat and no saturated
conditions. North portions (about 400 feet deep area) had 3 to 8% slopes,
mostly covered by trees, and had a small road across it. Area near center
of property is a seasonal drainage that runs west to east that appears to
get saturated in the winter (this could cause a septic drainfield to be
located near Belfair Manor Rd) . No other critical areas observed.
