The proposed work will occur on Tacoma Power's Cushman Hydroelectric Project lands fronting your development lot No. 47, Plat of Lake Cushman Division 1 (CPN:42329-50-00047). Tacoma Power has no objection to you moving forward with regulatory permitting for the proposed activities on Tacoma Power Property. Once regulatory permits are obtained, the proposed action will require issuance of a short-term license from Tacoma Power before any work occurs on Tacoma Power property waterward of 742 feet elevation, and a Shoreline Use Permit once work is completed.
