SUBJ: Newman & Newman Inc. - Access Permit Final Approval
Larry
Mason County Department of Public Works Maintenance personnel have
inspected the access installed by Newman & Newman Inc. located in Division 7
of Beard's Cove and accept the completed improvement.
Maintenance personnel have investigated potential impacts from an
existing culvert's discharge, and do not feel it poses any threat to the
proposed construction.
I am informed by Mr. John Flynn, Public Work's Maintenance
Superintendent, that the owner is aware that the pre-existing culvert could
adversely impact their proposed improvements, and accepts such consequences.
