Dear Debbie:
On 9/28/99,Larry Matkin, Scott and Anita Reeves and William, Beard's cove Treasurer,acting on
behalf of Mike Nichols all reached an agreement on the property line on the front comer of adjacent
properties, lots 71 and 72. We drove a stake with an orange flag in the ground there and measured a
distance from a fixed point;namely,the phone box to make sure it stays the same.
