Payment Terms: Subscription Fees are due at the beginning of each Annual Subscription Period
INZATA ONBOARDING IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES 1
Onboarding and Implementation Services shall include:
General Customer, Onboarding, Training & Security Setup
• Setup of Customer's secure environment in Inzata's cloud
• Inzata will assign a dedicated Customer Success Manager/Data Engineer
• Setup and configuration of Inzata user account(s) and up to three User Roles.
• Prioritization of data sources for initial self-service data-load
• Instructor-led Training & Lifetime User Support available for all users [
• Training: Two (2) scheduled instructor-led training sessions of up to 2 hours (Zoom web meetings
with screen share) (additional trainings available at additional fee)
• Access to web recordings of trainings
• 8x5 (US Time Zone) user support via email, chat and support tickets
• Access to Inzata Support Portal, documentation, How-to and training videos
• Access to Inzata's built-in data quality and profiling tools to improve customer data quality
• Access to Inzata's Bl-on-Bl reporting which provides analysis of individual account utilization
• Access to Inzata's One-Click-Enrichments
• Access to Inzata's Data Story Telling Features.
Additional professional services are available upon request on a T&M or project basis.

This Quotation is provided subject to Company's standard conditions of trading ("Conditions")which can
be found here: https://wvww.inzata.coi-n/l cull.
This Agreement includes and incorporates the above Quote, as well as the referenced Terms and
Conditions and contains, among other things, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations and use
limitations. There shall be no force or effect to any different terms of any related purchase order or
similar form even if signed by the parties after the date hereof.
These Conditions apply to this quotation and any subsequent order notwithstanding anything to the
contrary contained in or incorporated into any document from or oral statement made by Customer. No
variation or amendment to the Conditions shall be of any effect unless expressly agreed, in writing, by a
person authorized to sign on behalf of Company.
