According to your website, you received the engineering for the trusses on my garage.
There still seems to be a question about the foundation. I neglected to enclose a copy of
the letter that my engineer addressed to me regarding the foundation. Unfortunately,he
did not draw any sketches of the foundation.
I have enclosed a copy of the letter he sent to me with the hopes that his remarks
regarding the slab my garage was built on will suffice.
Please address any questions to me.

Please review the provided documents, all of which are supplied as requested for the process of Title
Elimination for Parcel: 123305200061. The house which resides in Bears'Cove has been lived in for over
25 years also includes a 2 car detached garage and was passed along to me from my deceased father and
subsequently nicely updated and then put up for sale. The sale of the house is 90%complete EXCEPT for
the lender now requiring the mobile home have the Title eliminated. I completely do understand the
reasons why. In an effort to expedite the permit process I am providing contact information of all parties
