While visiting the site during October 1st and 8th,2021,the following items were checked for conformance to the contract plans dated May 2021,put together by myself,Andrew Easley,the Engineer of Record: 1) The foundation footings for type,size and reinforcing placement for the perimeter beam,in conformance with details 1,2 ad 3 of the contract plans.This visual inspection also included visual observation of the#4 hairpins at each column location were in place. 2) The slab-on-grade type,size and reinforcing placing,in conformance with the foundation plan on S2.0 and detail 8/S2.1,Including doweled bars into the perimeter beam.
