Subj : Request for Set-Back Variance
In referance to LOT 41 Div. 6 in Beards Cove, Request a Set-Back
Variance from property line into utility area. This request is
necessary due to the size and complexity of the Septic system
requirments . If the structure were to be moved outside the Set-
Back area, the septic system would not fit into the proposed
area. The house we have has already been purchased and are in
the final stages of closing. Thank you for your consideration in
this matter.

A variance may be granted to said Line if a hardship can be shown and

deed to his/her property and to be recorded with the Auditor of Mason
