SUBJ: Stormwater Facility Inspection NAME: Washington Home Center
Pam,
Dennis Renecker contacted Public Works on this date requesting that the completed stormwater
control facilities constructed for the Washington Home Center located off of the Ryan Road be
inspected for acceptance.
The constructed facilities conform to the accepted plan, and are deemed acceptable.
Mr. Rodney Richards has delivered to Public Works a recorded copy of the Operation and
Maintenance Covenant required to cover the constructed stormwater control facilities.
With the acceptance of the completed facilities and possession of the recorded O&M Covenant,
Public Works considers the project complete.
