RE: Decision of Board of County Commissioners on Proposed Rezone.
Dear Washington Home Center:
On December 12, 2006 the Mason County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing
to consider the rezone from Rural Residential 5 to Rural Commercial 5 zone for parcel
number 31905-33-00000. A staff report, findings from the Mason County Planning
Advisory Commission, and public testimony were taken into consideration in the review
of the new Rural Commercial 5 zone.
On December 12, 2006,the Mason County Board of Commissioners adopted a motion to
approve the proposed rezone of parcel number 31905-33-00000(11.53 ac.) from Rural
Residential 5 to Rural Commercial 5 zone. The findings of that decision are enclosed.
These findings and adoption of motion constitute the decision on this action. The appeal
of a legislative action, such as this rezone action, is filed through the Mason County
Superior Court.
