Dear Mr. Choffin,
In response to a complaint received by our department, a correction
notice was left on your site with you regarding the construction of a shed
within the Mason County setback requirements. Mason County enforces a 5'
sideyard setback from all property lines, easement lines and right of ways. The
inspector, Dean Bentley, spoke with you on site and it was determined that the
shed construction, due to size, was exempt from the permit process however,
it would need to be moved to meet the setback requirements within 30 days
or prior to September 5, 1994. 1 have marked this file for compliance review
on September 6, 1994.
