Orchard, WA 98366 Re: Building Permit Application Beard's Cove, Div. 5, Lot 48 Dear Mr. Schell: You need to know that we are unable to issue a building permit until we can find or get an approval of the site for sewage system. We need several things from you. First, if there is NOT an existing system, you must apply for site approval and we have enclosed the appropriate form. Then, we would like you to indicate on your plot plan where you intend to place the sewage system and we are returning that form for you to complete. Should there be an existing system we need for you to indicate that on the plot plan. You will also have to have the tank pumped and provide us with a copy of the pumping receipt. The ends of the drainfield lines will have to be exposed and we will have to inspect the drainfield before you cover it back up. Finally, a drawing of the existing system (if there is one) will have to be submitted and we have also enclosed that form.
